Thomas Gordon Berg

Memorial Service for Thomas G. Berg age 60 of Willoughby will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 13, 2014 at Calvary Assembly of God, 28870 Chardon Rd., Willoughby Hills 44092. Pastor Dan DeLembo will officiate services.

Mr. Berg passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby. He was born June 15, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA.

Mr. Berg was a caregiver. He enjoyed model railroading, gardening, time with his family and cats and was a World Wars buff. He attended the Lions Club in Willoughby.

Survivors include his daughters Laura (fiancé Adrian Pooley) Berg and Kari Berg, both of Willoughby; father Gordon L. Berg of Willoughby; sisters Mary Logies of Eastlake and Susan (Mark) Bruce of Canton; former wife Teresa Salvo of Willoughby Hills; cousin and uncle to many.

He was preceded in death by his mother Esther B. Berg; brother-in-law Matthew Logies
