Adam Michael Schwan

Memorial service for Adam M. Schwan age 38 of Willoughby will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Old South Church, 9802 Chillicothe Rd., Kirtland. Mr. Schwan passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at Lake West Medical Center. Born October 16, 1975 in Bedford, Ohio.

Survivors include his mother Linda Ann Schwan; sisters Stefanie (Mike) Whiting, Jennifer (Rob) Carlson, Jessica (Tom) Majercik; brother Jason (Joelle) Schwan; uncle to many.

He was preceded in death by his father Stefan P Schwan.
