Albert D. Neace

Services for Albert D. Neace, 77, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, will be at 11 AM on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at the funeral home.

Mr. Neace passed away Friday, December 10, 2021.

Born November 18, 1944 in Lincoln County, WV, he has lived in Mentor-on-the-Lake for the past 54 years.

He was a United States Army veteran and a member of AMVETS Post 109 in Mentor-on-the-Lake.

Mr. Neace was employed as a braider operator at Radix Wire in Euclid for 25 years.

Survivors are his wife of 56 years, Della (Williamson); daughter, Anna Marie (Russ) Wood and son, Tommy Joe (Stacy) Neace; grandson, Jesse Albert Rozell and granddaughter, Addison Sandra Neace; great grandchildren, Josiah, Elijah and Adelia; siblings, Mary Neace, Danny Neace and Winfield Scott Neace, Jr. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Heather Kaitlyn Rozell. His parents, Winfield Scott, Sr. and Welthea (Powers) Neace and sister, Nettie Lee Nelson are also deceased.

Final resting place will be in Willoughby Memorial Gardens.
