Ann M. Cooper

Services for Ann Mary (Foti) Cooper, 88, of Mentor, will be 10:30 AM on Thursday, February 12, 2015, at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.

Mrs. Cooper passed away Sunday, February 8, 2015, at her home, surrounded by her family.

Born August 21, 1926 in Westfield, NY, she was a longtime Willoughby Hills resident before moving to Mesa, Ariz., for several years and returning to Mentor where she had lived since 1994.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Painesville.

Mrs. Cooper was employed as an executive secretary and accounts payable manager at the Eaton Corporation in Cleveland for 27 years.

Survivors are her daughter, Suzann (William) Schwartz of Lakewood; step-son, George (Carol) Cooper, Jr. of Concord Township; step-daughters, Maryllis Dorsey-Scarso of Wickliffe and Ruth (Mark) Grim of New Freeport, PA.; grandchildren, Michelle, Gregg, Melanie, Christian, Erin, Brandon, Logan, Nicole, Joshua and Haley; great-grandchildren, Megan, Matthew, Meredith, Giovanna, Stella, Savannha, Wyatt, Dakota and Carter. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, George C. Cooper, Sr. on July 28, 2013. Her parents, Salvatore Paul and Margaret (Tempio) Foti; sisters, Rosari Pingatore and Josephine Arcadipane and brother, Sam Foti are also deceased.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at the funeral home. The
Rev. Beverly Keyse will officiate at the services. Final resting place will be in Acacia Park Cemetery in Mayfield Heights following the services.
