Anna Baumgartner

Mass of Christian Burial for Anna (Sutter) Baumgartner, 96, of Highland Heights, will be at 10 AM on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Saint Paschal Baylon Catholic Church, 5384 Wilson Mills Road, Highland Heights. The Rev. Fr. John Christman, SSS, will officiate at the Mass.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby, and from 9:30-10 AM on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at the Church, prior to the Mass.

Mrs. Baumgartner passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at her home in Highland Heights, surrounded in love by her family.

Born June 14, 1922 in Schandra, Romania, she was a longtime Highland Heights resident.

Survivor are her husband of 70 years, Joseph; daughter, Anna Minadeo; grandchildren, Nicole (Robert) Williams, Christopher (Miranda) Minadeo and James (Kira) Minadeo; great-grandchildren, Oliver and Liam Williams and Avery and Cole Minadeo and brother, Simon Sutter. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Simon and Maria (Poppomeier) Sutter and siblings, Blaise, Gertrude, Elizabeth, Theresa and Frank.

Final resting place will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township, following the Mass on Tuesday.
