Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate the life of Anthony Cutrone, 93, of Willoughby, will be at 10 AM Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 37932 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Mr. Cutrone passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012 at Van Gorder Manor in Willoughby. Born February 4, 1919 in Toro, Italy, he was a Willoughby resident since 1954. Mr. Cutrone was a decorated veteran of the US Army Air Corp. In 1949 he began work for the New York Central Railroad as an Electrical Supervisor and spent 31 years with the railroad until his retirement from Conrail in 1980. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and was an avid fisherman. He is survived by one son, John Cutrone of Willoughby. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elsie, who passed in 1990, his second wife, Elizabeth in 2007, as well as his sister Mary Marinaro. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will be at All Souls Cemetery.
