April Gene Miller

Memorial service for April G. (Ray) Miller, 56, of Willoughby, will be 7 PM Friday, February 1, 2019 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.
Family will receive friends 4-7 PM Friday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
April passed away January 23, 2019, with her family by her side. She was born May 11, 1962 in Cleveland.
April worked at Shaker Heights Country Club for many years and mothered many of the neighborhood children. She enjoyed reading and being with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Steven R. Miller of 38 years; children, Justin (Sarah) Miller, Stephanie Miller, and Steven Miller; grandchildren, Kylie, Andi, Jackson, and Isla; mother, Donna Friedman; sister, Tami Ray. She also leaves behind her nephews and niece, TJ Mathis, Jonathan Masten, and Christi Masten.
She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Ray; step-father, James Friedman. Her sister, Robin Ray is also deceased.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions be made to Alpha-1 Foundation, 3300 Ponce de Leon Blvd, Coral Gables, FL 33134.
