Barbara Ellen Defranco

Barbara E. DeFranco, 79, of Willoughby, passed away January 3, 2019 at Hospice House in Cleveland. She was born February 22, 1939 in West Virginia.

Survivors include her children, Robert (Wynne) Keatley, Kate (Maury Bell) Keatley, Greg (Debbie) Keatley, George (Barb) Keatley, and Dave (Jen) Keatley; grandchildren, Barbie, Nicholas, Michael, Josh, April, Samantha, Kristen, Jessica, Marshall, and Shelby; great-grandchildren, Maddy and Millie; sister, Polly (Bill) Spaulding.

She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Robert W. Keatley and 2nd husband, Robert DeFranco; brother, Jesse Nelson; sisters, Freda Passalacqua and Bertha Rhoda. Her parents, Richard and Mary Olive Nelson are also deceased.

Family will receive friends 4-7 PM Friday, January 11, 2019 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.

Interment will be held at a later date.
