Beverly J. Lodge

Services for Beverly J. Lodge, 82, of Painesville, formally of Mentor, will be at 11 AM on Monday, September 25, 2017 at Mentor United Methodist Church, 8600 Mentor Avenue, Mentor. The Rev. Beverly L. Wrobel will officiate at the service.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 pm on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby, and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the Church.

Mrs. Lodge passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Hillcrest Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Beverly was born February 25, 1935 at home in Willoughby.

Bev enjoyed cooking, gardening, going to craft shows and volunteering at Mentor United Methodist Church. She retired from banking after 30 years of service.

Survivors include her husband Jim, children, Diana (Nick) Miller, Darrell (Mia) Findlay and Dennis Findlay; grandchildren, Nicole (Ken) Compher, Anthony Miller and Jennifer Miller; great-grandson, Camden Compher; sisters-in-law, Helen Baber and Theresa Wood and many nieces and nephews.

Bev was preceded in death by her parents, Vern and Isabell Wood, brothers, Bruce and Ronald Wood.

Final resting place will be in Mentor Cemetery following the service on Monday.
