Branche W. Jordan

Private family services have been held for Branche W. “Bud” Jordan, Jr., 99, formerly of Willoughby.

Mr. Jordan passed away peacefully on Friday, July 1, 2022 at his son’s home.

Born February 17, 1923 in Willoughby, he was a longtime Willoughby and Mentor resident.

He was a World War II United States Army veteran. He was also a member of Kiwanis International, an avid reader and enjoyed his family along with his dogs.

Mr. Jordan was employed in the banking industry, and retired from Key Corporation after 40 years of service.

Survivors are his sons, Branche W. (Deborah) Jordan, III and Robert D. (Rebecca) Jordan; grandchildren, Brittany (Chris) Shearer, Nicholas (Antonia) Jordan and David (Jailen) Jordan, Robert (Stephanie) Jordan, Richard Jordan; great-grandsons, Leo Jordan, David Jordan, Jr., and Arthur Jordan.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian Jordan and parents, Branche W. Sr. and Thelma (Rockefeller) Jordan.

Bud’s final resting place is in Willoughby Cemetery.
