Candie S. Hitt

Memorial services for Candie S. (Diehl) Hitt, 50, of Painesville, will be at 5 PM on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. The Rev. Michael J. Currier of The Body of Christ Community Church will officiate at the service.

The family will receive friends from 4-5 PM on Saturday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Candie passed away suddenly on Friday, September 29, 2017.

Born July 23, 1967 in Euclid, she was a lifelong Lake County resident.

She loved to bake and spoil her nieces and nephews.

Survivors are her husband of 35 years, Harry; brother, Jim (Bonnie) Wyant and sister, Ann Piercy and many nieces and nephews and their families. She also leaves her special niece, Misty and nephew, David.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd G. and Sue Ann (Murphy) Diehl; sisters, Rachel Lawson and Sherry Piercy and brother, Lloyd Diehl.
