Funeral service for Clifford L. Carter, 82, of Concord Twp., will be at 12 PM Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby. Family will receive friends from 10 AM – 12 PM Tuesday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Cliff passed away peacefully February 8, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born October 13, 1941 in Willoughby, he spent the majority of his life in Kirtland, prior to moving to Concord Twp.
Cliff was the owner of Carter Dry-Wall Co. and Five Points Country Store. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, demolition cars, riding motorcycles and racing them. He and his wife, Judy, enjoyed travelling for many years.
Survivors include his son, Clifford “Bubba” Carter; grandchildren, Bradley J. Belohlavek and Renee M. Belohlavek; siblings, Ralph (Mary) Carter, Bruce (Cathy) Carter, Janet (Tracy) Fisher, and Ronnie (Katie) Carter. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and their families.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Carter and his daughter and son-in-law, Norma Lee and Richard Belohlavek.
Final resting place will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chester Twp.
