At 8:49 PM on Monday, January 15, 2018, Constance Grace Ostrow was welcomed into the world. It is with great heartbreak that she was taken from this world a mere 37 minutes later.

Constance is survived by her loving parents, Brandon and Kristen Ostrow; brother, Barnabas Ostrow; grandparents, John and Donna McLean, Julie Blevins and Phil Spencer and Ron and Mary Ostrow; aunts, Kimberly McLean, Heather Ostrow and Diana Ostrow.

The family will receive friends from 2-3 PM on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby, followed by a service at 3 PM.

Graveside services and interment will be at 11 AM on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Thompson Township.

By grace we have been saved, and through Grace, our world has been changed. Snuggle down, baby girl.
