Corey passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015.
Born November 9, 1989 in Cleveland.
Corey was a proud and devoted father of Autumn Sky and Casey McGrath Clark, and their loving mother, Sarah. He was also a loving son of Barbara (McGrath) and Cliff; brother of Casey, Torry, Kathy and Clint; cousin of Dominic, Melanie, Kelly, Matt, Robyn, Taylor, Erin and Hunter.
