Dale W. Barnhart

Services for Dale W. Barnhart, 81, of Eastlake, will be at 7 PM on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Reformation Evangelical Lutheran Church, 34730 Lakeshore Boulevard, Eastlake. The Rev. Barbara Holzhauser will officiate at the service.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM on Wednesday, prior to the service, at the Church.

Mr. Barnhart passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017 at his home.

Born October 5, 1935 in Waterford, PA, he has lived in Lake County since 1960.

He was a member of Reformation Evangelical Lutheran Church, a United States Army veteran and a member of Willoughby Lodge 302 Free and Accepted Masons. He loved traveling, golfing and bowling.

Mr. Barnhart was employed at Kennametal in Solon, retiring in 1996 after 41 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lucinda “Cindy” (nee: Hess) Barnhart.

Mr. Barnhart was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Barnhart; his mother, Eva (nee: Griffith) (Barnhart) Facteau and his step-father, Ivan Facteau.

Graveside services and interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Acme, PA on Thursday, June 1, 2017.
