Daniel Henning

Memorial services for Daniel M. Henning, 77, of Kirtland, will be 11 AM Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Victory Baptist Church, 8911 Lake Shore Boulevard, Mentor. The Rev. Philip J. Hilditch will officiate at the service. Mr. Henning passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012 at his home, surrounded by his family. Born October 31, 1934 in Willoughby, he was a lifelong Lake County resident. He attended Victory Baptist Church. Mr. Henning was employed in shipping and receiving at the former Cleveland Crane and Engineering in Wickliffe and later worked in the bond crib at the former TRW Corporation in Cleveland. Survivors are his wife of 53 years, Kathy (Pierret); daughter, Tabetha (Bryan) Pierce of Willowick and son, Dean (Marge) Henning of Painesville Twp.; grandchildren, Shaun Pierce (Tiffany Hyatt); Matthew Pierce (Ashley Rondini) and Sarah Henning; siblings, Lenore (Harold) Pacholke of Eastlake, David L. Henning, Sr., Mardy (Lloyd) Powell and Norman (Nancy) Henning, all of Florida. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families. His parents, John and Alma (Brabender) Henning and siblings, Jack, Paul and Herb Henning and Ruth Powell are also deceased. There will be no calling hours at the funeral home.
