Darwin Hartzel Edelman

Funeral services for Darwin H. “Bud” Edelman, 96, of Willowick, will be 1 PM Monday, August 9, 2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 8751 Kirtland Road, Kirtland.
Family will receive friends 12-1 PM Monday prior to the service at the church.
Darwin passed away August 5, 2021 in Geneva. Born March 24, 1925 in Easton, Pennsylvania, he’s lived in Willowick for the past 10 years.
Darwin was a proud U.S. WWII Army Veteran. He was the most loving and devoted husband and father.
Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Florence (Carman) Edelman; children, Sandra Prater, Judy Bavetz, and Nancy (Joe) Soldonia; step-children, William (Lisa) Sheck, Cynthia Corby, Eric (Jeni) Sheck, Susan Balas, Sandra Berry, Adam Sheck, Kristin Baumgardner, Kathryn Sheck, John Sheck, and Mark Sheck; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Darwin and Ruth (Hartzell) Edelman and 2 sisters.
Final resting place will be in North Kirtland Cemetery.
