David Alton Olree

David A. Olree, 90, of Eastlake, passed away March 31, 2022 in Beachwood. Born June 8, 1931 in Bragadocia, Missouri, he has lived the past 67 years in Eastlake. He met his wife, Marion, in an orphanage in St. Louis.
David was a computer programmer at various service bureaus. He was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran, during the Korean War.
David enjoyed softball, bowling, gardening, and working for First Christian Church in Willoughby. He loved coaching Little League for many years, even after his sons were too old. He was a proud father of five children and a devoted husband.
Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Marion L. Olree; children, Richard Olree, Mary (Ken) Beebe, Robert Olree, and Jeffrey (Laurie) Olree; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Andrew Olree. He also leaves behind a niece and nephew and their families.
He was preceded in death by his son, Gary Olree; parents, Edward and Rosa; and several brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be held at 12 PM Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Willoughby Memorial Gardens (Section D) 38660 Lakeshore Blvd. Willoughby.
