Delores I. Boling

Services for Delores I. (Parnell) Boling, 94, of Wickliffe, will be at 11 AM on Friday, April 24, 2026 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Boling passed away Saturday, April 11, 2026.

Born April 25, 1931 in Montmorenci, IN she was a longtime Lake County resident.

She enjoyed sewing, embroidery and watching John Wayne movies.

Mrs. Boling worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for several years.

Survivors are her children, Michael McClendon, Gary (Sue) McClendon, David (Kim) McClendon, Sharon McClendon, Keith McClendon and Kevin (Donna) McClendon; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Boling in 1982 and her son-in-law, David Henning in 2021. Her parents, John and Mabel (Lowry) Parnell, siblings, Margaret Farrell, Justine Spiros, John Parnell, Delano Parnell, Robert Roland and Melvin Roland are also deceased.

Final resting place will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chester Township.
