Denny Frangos
July 25, 1923 — May 24, 2016
Memorial services for Denny Frangos, 92, of Willoughby Hills, will be 1 P.M. on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.
The family will receive friends 12-1 P.M. on Saturday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Denny passed away May 24, 2016 in Willoughby Hills.
He was born July 25, 1923 in Cleveland. He was a Willoughby Hills resident since 1962.
He was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran, serving in World War II, where he received 5 battle stars. He was a lifelong member of SeaBee Veterans of America (SVA Island X-9).
Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Catherine; son, Dale A. (Diane) Frangos; grandchildren, Matthew Frangos and Christin Frangos and great-grandchildren, Paige and Jada.
He was preceded in death by his son, Denny G. Frangos; his parents, George and Christina Frango and; siblings, Theodore and Helen.
Private burial will be held in Knollwood Cemetery.
