Donald S. Passwaiter

Funeral services for Donald O. Passwaiter, 91, of Eastlake, will be at 7 PM on Friday, December 21, 2018 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 3-7 PM on Friday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Passwaiter passed away December 17, 2018 in Willoughby.

Born August 10, 1927 in Cleveland, he resided in Eastlake for the past 50 years.

He was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, serving in World War II.

He was an active member and Deacon at Maplegrove Alliance Church in Willoughby Hills and a member of the American Legion in Painesville. Don was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Mary Ellen (Heffner) Passwaiter; children, Cheryl (Bill) White, Donald Passwaiter, and Steven (Valerie) Passwaiter.

He was preceded in death by his brother, William Passwaiter and sister, Donna Butas. His parents, Adelbert and Virginia (Morris) Passwaiter are also deceased.

Final resting place will be in Riverview Cemetery, Huntingdon, PA.
