Edna E. Silsby

Funeral services for Edna Silsby, 93, a longtime resident of Cuyahoga Falls, will be Monday at 11:30 AM at the Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby. Mrs. Silsby passed away Thursday, July 9, 2015 in Summit County.
She was born in Willoughby May 13, 1922 to Edward and Neva (Peck) Clayman.
Survivors are her son Dennis (Patricia) Silsby of South Euclid and daughter, Diane Silsby of Stow; grandchildren, Melissa (Robert) Dennedy, David (Jessica) Silsby, Lawrence (Tina Carney) Schwartz and Dennis (Dawn) Schwartz; and great-grandchildren, Thomas, Avery, Nora, Madelyn and Ruben Schwartz.
Mrs. Silsby was preceded by her parents and her husband, Alfred Silsby.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 1-4 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Willoughby Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
