Edward William Wagner

Mass of Christian Burial for Edward W. Wagner, 94, of Willoughby, will be at 10 AM Friday, February 10, 2023 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 37932 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Thursday at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.

Edward passed away February 2, 2023 at Hospice of Medina County. Born October 13, 1928 in Cleveland, he lived in Willoughby for the past 69 years.

Ed worked for Lincoln Electric until his retirement in 1990. He loved boating, cutting wood, being outdoors, and his truck.

Survivors include his children, Kathleen (James) Marchetti, Edward (Belinda) Wagner, and James Wagner; daughter-in-law, Helen Wagner; grandchildren, Jessica (Eric) Neff, Nicholas Marchetti, Michael (Emily) Wagner, Dennis (Rachel) Wagner, Breanna, Dustin, Diana, and Kristina Wagner; great-grandchildren, Madeline, Gabriella, and Thomas.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy S. (Szadkowski) Wagner in 1995 and his son, Wesley Wagner in 2019. His parents, Edward and Bertha (Mauser) Wagner and his brother are deceased.

Final resting place will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Twp.
