Eileen M. Ritchie (Kilroy )

EILEEN M. RITCHIE (nee Kilroy) age 73, died peacefully at home in company of loved ones on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Beloved wife of James; dear mother of Sean Sarnecki; step-mother of Stacey Sarnecki, Jennifer Rice (William), Lisa Previts (Matthew) and Michael Ritchie (Katherine); grandmother of Abigail, Evelyn, Caleb, William, Clara and Vivian; daughter of the late Dr. Edward and Phyllis Kilroy; sister of Dr. Terence Kilroy (Dr. Millee Mervart).

Eileen pursued a nursing career and her talents were recognized through the award of undergraduate and graduate level scholarships at The University Chicago, Georgetown, Case Western Reserve University and later at Ursuline College to obtain her N.P. License. Eileen dedicated her life to others and will now receive her reward in Heaven with family that has preceded her.

Funeral Mass Thursday, September 18, Immaculate Conception Church (37932 Euclid Ave. Willoughby, OH) at 10:00 AM. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.
