Memorial services for Elaine F. (Moledor) Hogg, 91, of Kirtland, will be at 6:00pm on Thursday January 6th at Old South Church, 9802 Chillicothe Road in Kirtland. The Rev. Karen Bruno will officiate at the service.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 6:00pm on January 6th, prior to the service at the Church.
The use of a face mask will be required while attending the services at the Church.
Mrs. Hogg was born on April 28, 1930 in Kent, Ohio and passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021. She has lived in the area for more than 70 years; 63 of which were at her precious home on Locust Drive in Kirtland.
Elaine had many friends. She was an enthusiastic, active member of Old South Church, where she participated in the Colonial Crafters Club, and also enjoyed group activities in candle making as well as gardening.
Elaine was employed by the Kent City Mayor’s Office for 2 years following high school graduation where she met her husband, David. She subsequently worked for many years at the Tennis Club at Kirtland Country Club which she greatly enjoyed.
Survivors are her children, Cindy Reinhart (Rick Maxwell) and Michael (Cheryl) Hogg and grandson, Andrew Bowers.
She was preceded in death by her husband David, (November 26, 2017), brother Richard Moledor, and her parents Ralph and Rachel (McBride) Moledor.

A Private family burial will be in South Kirtland Cemetery.
