Eloise J. Workman

Memorial services for Eloise J. (Hogan) Workman, 79, of Eastlake, will be at 7 PM on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Thursday, prior to the service.

Mrs. Workman passed away Friday, August 18, 2023 at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland, surrounded by her family.

Born September 13, 1943 in Cleveland, she has lived in Eastlake for the past 56 years.

She loved animals of all kinds, and was an avid bowler and golfer.

Mrs. Workman was employed as a laser engraver at Swagelock in Willoughby Hills and Solon.

Survivors are her husband of 59 years, James “Tony” Workman, Sr.; daughter, Rhonda (Ken) Saleeby and son, James (Amy) Workman, Jr.; grandchildren, Kyle and Molly Fairchild, Corban and Gray Workman and Margot and Gus Payne; great-granddaughter, Estelle Venturato and sister, Nancy (Hogan) Evans. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Bessie (Brookes) Hogan. Her brother, Jerald “Sonny” Hogan and sister, April Richards are also deceased.
