Esther Berneice Berg

Memorial Service for Esther B. Berg age 91 of Willoughby will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013 at St. Andrew Episcopal Church, 7989 Little Mountain Rd., Kirtland Hills, OH.

Mrs. Berg passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Hospice House in Cleveland. Born January 31, 1922 in Harrisburg, PA. Mrs. Berg was a homemaker. She was also a registered nurse for Letter Kenney in Chambersburg, PA. and at Lake West Hospital in Willoughby. She was an Army Cadet Nurse in the U.S. Army based in Memphis, TN.

She liked to dance and was a world traveler. Member of St. Andrew Episcopal Church where she was a team member of the Altar Guild.

Survivors include her husband Gordon L of 64 years; children Mary Logies of Eastlake, Thomas Berg of Willoughby, and Susan (Mark) Bruce of North Canton; grand-children Laura and Kari Berg, Sarah and Rachel Bruce, Lisa (Theo) Gibbs, and Sharon and Hope Bruce; great-granddaughter Ella Gibbs; sisters Dorothy Witter and Margaret Gzell both of Chambersburg, PA.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harvey and Mary Clark; son-in-law Matthew Logies.

Family will receive friends 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
