George W. Brown

George (Bill) Brown, age 91, left this earthly life to be reunited with his love, Ilene Pearl (Hewitt) Brown on March 15, 2026. He died peacefully at home with his daughters by his side.

George enjoyed fishing, woodworking, home improvement projects - especially caring for his home and yard and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Tammie (Mike) Carabotta and Pamela Gedeon; his grandchildren, Daniel (Lisa) Ferrato, Donnie (Hillary) Moore, Jeremy Gedeon, Skye Carabotta and Jennifer Gedeon; great-grandchildren, Bo Vinson Jr., Sage Ferrato, and Jackson Moore; his beloved siblings, Sarah Cruz, John (Grace) Brown, Tom Brown, and Bess (David) Carter.

His son-in-law, Bruce Gedeon and siblings, Charles Brown, Robert Brown, and Ethel Bonivich are deceased.

Funeral service 11 AM Friday, March 20, 2026 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby. The family will receive friends 10-11 AM Friday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Final resting place will be in Willoughby Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Donations in his honor can be made in lieu of flowers to any local hospice organization.
