Gloria K. Novak

Gloria K. Novak, age 86, of Mentor, passed away peacefully January 1, 2023, at heartland of Mentor with her family by her side.

She was born September 7, 1936, to Gory K. and Virginia R. (Simpson) Jones in Salem, OH.

Gloria loved working around her yard and she loved rooting on her Cleveland Indians. She had a servants heart, as she was a caregiver to her nephew and her mother, and after retiring from the insurance industry, she worked for visiting Angels of Mentor, again caring for others. She was a member of Mentor United Methodist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey (Diane) Novak, Steven Novak, and Robert Novak; Grandson Dustin Novak and step granddaughter Jessica Sabath.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, David Jones, her former husband, John F. Novak, and son, Scott (Darla) Novak.

A private family urn burial will occur at a later date in South Kirtland cemetery, Kirtland, OH.
