Helen B. Basham

Services for Helen B. (Holston) Basham, 93, of Willoughby Hills, will be at 10 AM on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at the funeral home.

In the interest of safety, please wear a mask while attending events at the funeral home.

Mrs. Basham passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Hospice House in Cleveland.

Born July 1, 1928 in Comfort, WV, she was 58-year resident of Willoughby Hills.

She enjoyed travelling, knitting, baking and taking care of her family and spending time with friends and family.

Mrs. Basham was employed in nutrition services at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby for 24 years, retiring when she was 76 years old.

Survivors are her son, Ed (Debbie) Basham; grandchildren, Dawn Basham, Cassie (Jim) Bostick and Michelle (Kurt) Kachler; great-grandchildren, Jessica Pettit, Michael Pettit, Patience (Brandon) Letourneau, Donovan Yurick, Christian Yurick, Devonte (Minh) Fortenberry, Carly Bostick, Cheyenne Bostick, Austin Bostick and Savannah Bostick and great-great granddaughter, Clara Ann.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray in 2006.

Final resting place will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township.
