Helen Jane Mason

Services for Helen Jane (Bieranowski) Mason, 74, of Willoughby, will be at 7 PM on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

Mrs. Mason passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Euclid Hospital.

Born April 13, 1940 in Cleveland, she has lived in Willoughby for the past 27 years.

She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1500 Ladies Auxiliary in Willoughby and volunteered with the Lake County RSVP program for many years. Mrs. Mason was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and baking.

Survivors are her husband of 41 years, John Mason, Jr.; son, James Mason; granddaughter, Isabelle Mason; step-son, John Mason, III; step-daughter, Joy Lynn (John) Keatley; step-grandchildren, John Mason, IV; Ashley Mason, Melissa Fornash, Emily Fornash and Bradley Fornash; sister, Carol Stoetzner; nephew, David Stoetzner and great niece, Alayna.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Patricia (Mickus) Bieranowski.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Michael J. Currier of the Body of Christ Community Church will officiate at the service.
