Helen Christine Parkin

Funeral services for Helen C. (Kerner) Parkin, 90, of Hiram, will be at 11 AM on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the funeral home.

Helen passed away January 10, 2019 in Cleveland. She was born May 8, 1928 in Cleveland.

Helen was a homemaker and typist for Globe Paper Company of Cleveland.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Alvin R. Parkin; son, Robert (Juanita) Kerner.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Edwin L. Kerner in 1963; siblings, Peter Lehr, Elizabeth Kuhn, Rose Zielinski, and Evelyn Hylinski. She was also preceded in death by her parents John and Eva Lehr.

Final resting place will be in Whitehaven Memorial Park.
