Memorial services for Joan “Candy” Kovacs, 77, of Willowick, will be at 6 PM on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.
Mrs. Kovacs passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at her home.
Born October 27, 1935 in Cleveland, she has been a lifelong resident of Willowick. She was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.
Survivors are her son Michael (Ellie) Kovacs of Willowick, grand-daughters, Kristin (Erik) Hampton and Angie (Brandon Frick) Kovacs, great-grand-daughters, Emma and Sophia Hampton and her brother Roger (Wanda) Tracey of Painesville Twp.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ann (Martin) Tracey.
The family will have a memorial gathering of friends from 3-6 PM on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at the funeral home prior to the service.
