John Dan Blazek

John Dan Blazek, 100, of Willoughby, passed away peacefully, September 25, 2023. He was born October 29, 1922 in Cleveland.
John was a Collinwood High School graduate and then attended Finn College in Cleveland. He was an U.S. Army Veteran in Europe from 1943-1945.
John met and married Elsie Elaine Henderson on January 4, 1947. They resided in Cleveland before moving to Mayfield Heights. He worked at Republic Steel, Watson Power Equipment Co., MayFran, and retired from Malish Brush.
Survivors include his wife of 76 years, Elsie Elaine (Henderson) Blazek and his son, John H. Blazek.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John J. and Florence (Gnau) Blazek and his son, Curtis L. Blazek.
