John Charles Paul

Celebration of Life for John C. “Jack” Paul, 91, of Willoughby, will be at 11 AM Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Willoughby Hills Friends Church, 2846 SOM Center Road, Willoughby Hills. Family will receive friends from 10:30- 11 AM, prior to the service. Everyone is welcome to attend a luncheon following the service at the church.

Jack passed away May 14, 2024. He was born August 8, 1932 in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania. He was a Lake County resident since 1967.

Jack retired from Parker Hannifin in Cleveland.

Jack, affectionately known as “Biker”, rode his motorcycle until he was 82 years old. He rode 350,000 miles in 30 years. He was a proud member of AA since 1978.

Survivors include his wife of 72 years, Ruth Rowley Paul; children, Marty (Blaize) Lemin and John A. (Ruth) Paul; grandchildren, Ian (Sara) Lemin, Jessica Davis, Amy Applegate, Bryan (Morgan) Paul, and John K. (Jenna) Paul; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Grace, Avery, Jack, Caelan, Connor, Cole, Evan, David, Benjamin, Autumn, Kylee, Elijah, and John I. “Jack”; brother, Thomas Paul. He leaves behind nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred A. and Geneva M. (Otto) Paul; grandson, Christopher Lemin, and sister, Martha Jacobson.

Final resting place will be in Madison Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
