Joseph Baksa, 88, of Chardon, passed away peacefully October 8, 2021. Born October 13, 1932 in Glen White, West Virginia, he lived in Perry, prior to moving to Chardon 7 years ago.
Joseph was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving in Korea.
He retired from Avery Denison (Fasson) in 1996. He enjoyed camping, running, and fishing.
Survivors include his children, Daniel R. (Judy) Baksa and Karen Baksa; granddaughter, Danielle (Jacob) Rossler and great-grandchildren, Henry and Bristol Rossler.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Doris (Corbett) Baksa and his siblings, Bill, Paul, Andy, Louis, and Rose Baksa.
A memorial will be scheduled at a later date in which family and friends will be notified.
