Josephine Difranco

Josephine Marie DiFranco (nee: Orlandi), 90, of Kirtland passed away Sunday, January 19, 2014. She was born April 25, 1923.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 68 years, Joseph, and a daughter, Diana (Mrs. Morris Everett, Jr.), and a son Steven (Linda) DiFranco, II. Her grandchildren are John Winthrop Ours, Jr.
(Alicia), Dr. Alice Ours Vitiello (Anthony), and Adam Stephen Ours (Halle Atkinson). Her five great-grandchildren are Audrey Lynn Ours, John Parker Ours, Wyatt Marshall Ours, Amalina Lilly Vitiello, and Calvary Joseph Morris Vitiello. She was preceded in death by her son Steven Joseph DiFranco, I, her parents Julius and Therese (Giuliani) Orlandi, her brothers Julius C. Orlandi, Jr. and Felice Orlandi.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, January 27, 2014 at St. Anselm Catholic Church, 12969 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland, OH 44026. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Family will receive friends 2-5 P.M. Sunday at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby. Entombment will in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township, following the Mass.

Donations may be made in memory of Josephine M. DiFranco to Hawken School, P.O. Box 8002, Gates Mills, OH 44040-8002, where a fund will be established in her name, or to Senior Independence Hospice, 38721 Mentor Avenue, Willoughby, OH 44094.
