June G. Lesica

Services for June G. (nee: Murton) (Britton) Lesica, 72, of Wickliffe, will be at 10:30 AM on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Erieside Church on the Boulevard, 221 East 320th Street, Willowick. The Rev. Larry A. Pozza will officiate at the service.

Mrs. Lesica passed away Monday, July 1, 2013 at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.

Born October 24, 1940 in Cleveland, she was longtime Lake County resident.

She was a member of Erieside Church on the Boulevard.

Mrs. Lesica was employed as a machine operator at Parker-Hannifin Corporation for 39 years, retiring in 2003.

Survivors are her husband of 20 years, Bruno; children, Tina (John) Cook Slivka of Mentor, June (Dan) Sulecki of Austinburg Twp., Chuck (Patti) Britton of Wickliffe and Gina (Doug) Martin of Perry Village; grandchildren, Melissa, Kendall, Christina, Gary, Shawnna, Nicole, Eric, Chuck, Danny, D.J. and Scott; 10 great grandchildren; siblings, Goldie Stewart of Indiana, Bill (Sue) Murton of Georgia, Carol (Rich) Sternad of Concord Twp. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

Her parents, William H. and June T. (Ross) Murton; brother, Henry Murton and great grandson, Joshua preceded her in death.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Friday, July 5, 2013 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. Final resting place will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp. following the service.
