Karl W Koch

Memorial Mass for Karl W. Koch, 77, of Eastlake will be at 11 AM Thursday, June 4, 2026 at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, 35781 Stevens Blvd., Eastlake, OH 44095.

The family will receive friends from 10- 11 AM Thursday, prior to the service at the church.

Karl passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 26, 2026 in Beachwood. He was born December 16, 1948 in Cleveland.

Karl was a 1968 graduate of Willoughby South High School. He was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, serving in Vietnam. He was a member of the Catholic War Veterans and St. Justin Martyr Church. He has been a mechanic since he was 16 and has worked for Ganley, formerly known as Glavic, for over 30 years.

Karl enjoyed going to military shows and car shows at the I-X Center. He liked to fish and camp in his younger years. He loved to cook and be with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Veronica S. “Roni” (Jarosz) Koch; children, Karl C. Koch Jr. and Krystle Koch; best friend, Ernie (Darlene) Phillips.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Karl W. and Frieda (Niezke) Koch Sr.
