Kathleen J. Henning

Memorial services for Kathleen J. (Pierret) Henning, 84, of Kirtland, will be at 11 AM on

Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Victory Baptist Church, 8911 Lakeshore Boulevard,

Mentor. The Rev. Philip J. Hilditch will officiate at the service.

Mrs. Henning passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at David

Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland.

Born October 2, 1939 in Cleveland, she has lived in Kirtland for more than 60 years.

She enjoyed doing ceramics, painting, making jewelry and gardening.

Survivors are her children, Tabetha (Bryan) Pierce and Dean Henning (Mayra);

grandchildren, Shaun (Tiffany) Pierce, Mathew Pierce (Grace), Sarah Henning (Max),

Bethany (Josh) Scritchfield and William (Leah) Hogan; great-grandchildren, Skyler,

Teagan, C.J., Rory, Sue Ellen, Tatianna, Allessa, James, Sophia, Liam and Vincent;

sister, Noreen Fleming; sister-in-law, Mardy Powell and brother-in-law, Norman

(Nancy) Henning all of Florida. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their

families.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Daniel M. Henning, on June

23, 2012. Her parents, Leo and Irma (Cmunt) Pierret, father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Alma (Brabender) Henning and many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephew, Robin Fleming and her beloved cat Tigger are also deceased.
