Kendra K. Whitfield

Services for Kendra Kathleen (Harvey) Whitfield, 54, of Mentor, will be at 7 PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

Kendra passed away Saturday, September 19, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family.

Born February 17, 1961 in Painesville, she was a lifetime Mentor resident.

She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and her friends at work.
Kendra was employed at AVI as a vending attendant at the PCC Air Foils plant in Mentor.

She is survived her husband of 35 years, Jeff Whitfield; son, Jeff (Jaime) Whitfield; grandchildren, Ryan and Addison Whitfield and sister, Yolanda (Al) Thornton of Kirtland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Janiece (Murney) Harvey and brother, James “Jim” Harvey.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2015, prior to the service, at the funeral home. The Rev. Beth Wilterdink of Hope Ridge United Methodist Church will officiate at the service.
