Kenneth N. Jordan, Sr.

Memorial services for Kenneth N. Jordan, Sr., 81, of Willoughby, will be at 4:30 PM on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 1-4:30 PM on Saturday, prior to the service.

Mr. Jordan passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at his home.

Born April 2, 1942 in Pittsburgh, PA, he has lived in Willoughby for the past 74 years.

Mr. Jordan was employed in sales for Nabisco Brands for 25 years. He also worked for NAPA Auto Parts in Chesterland for the past several years.

He was the author of five military books, but his greatest joy was watching his grandchildren and attending their sporting events.

Survivors are his wife of 59 years, Louise (Butzer) Jordan; children, Kenneth (Chris) Jordan, Jr., and Kathryn (Russell, Sr.) Porter; grandchildren, Kenneth (Amanda) Jordan, III, Kayla Jordan, Kyle Jordan, William Porter, II (fiancé, Kathryn), Russell Porter, Jr., Michael Porter, Rylee Porter, Joseph Porter and Kaitlin Hozjan; great-grandchildren, Ayden Rusher, Anabelle Lueders and William Porter, III. He also leaves his son-in-law, Ignatius Hozjan, brother, James (Sharon) Jordan; sister, Roseann (Robert) Kurrle and many nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Diane Hozjan, on July 4, 2015. His parents, Edward and Nicolena (Crappa) Jordan, brother, Edward Jordan and sister, Marie Francis are also deceased.
