Services for Kristi J. Ellis, 25, of Mentor, will be at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.
Kristi passed away December 22, 2015 in Painesville.
She was born July 16, 1990 in Eastlake.
Survivors include her daughter, Brooklyn Baka; mother, Diane (David) Dome; siblings Gary (Kelly) Breen, Marc (Angie) Breen, Shannon (Mark) D’Astolfo, and Michele Breen; and grandmother, Betty Ellis. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends 5 8 P.M. on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at the funeral home. Final resting place will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Twp.
