Laura Ann Pezek

Funeral services for Laura A. (Kruger) Pezek, 64, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, will be at 10 AM Friday, March 21, 2025 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.

Family will receive friends 5-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.

Laura passed away peacefully at home on March 16, 2025. Born March 17, 1960 in Cleveland, she lived in Euclid before moving to Mentor-on-the-Lake. She was a 1978 graduate of Euclid High School and then went on to Ohio State University. She was in the food service business and was a great cook and loved to feed family and friends.

Laura enjoyed boating and vacationing at Roaming Shores. She was an avid Cleveland sports fan and The Ohio State Buckeyes. She loved Dexter and Gin Gin, her beloved dogs.

Survivors include her companion, Jack Shultz; mother, Eleanor (Kizyma) Kruger; brother, Carl (Ronelle) Kruger; nephew, Tyler Kruger. She also leaves behind many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Kruger.

Final resting place will be in Knollwood Cemetery, Mayfield Heights.
