Lenore (Correa) Koncz

Memorial services for Lenore “Mitzi” Koncz, 80, of Eastlake, will be at 4:30 PM on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. The family will receive friends from 1-4:30 PM on Saturday, prior to the service. The Rev. Charles Campbell will officiate at the service.

Mitzi passed away Monday, December 23, 2013.

Born March 25, 1933 in Strongsville, she lived in Bedford before moving to Eastlake 12 years ago.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially near the water.

Mitzi was a machinist for the former Gould, Inc., in Bedford.

Survivors are her husband, Frank; children, Ray (Darla) Correa of Mentor; Cari Sisson of Tucson, AZ; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; siblings, Jerry Oldenburg, Fred Oldenburg, Martin Oldenburg, Margaret Pennell and Elaine Prossen. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families and her beloved pet, Daisy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Rose Oldenburg; her daughter, Brenda Taroli.
