Leona A. Lester

Private family services will be held for Leona A. (Birosh) Lester, 82, of Eastlake.

Mrs. Lester passed away Monday, February 1, 2020 at her home, surrounded by her family.

Born November 19, 1938 in Roulette, PA, she has lived in Eastlake for the past 48 years.

She attended Mentor East Heisley Church of God.

Survivors are her children, Debora (Mike) Underwood, Kenny Lester (Martha Martin) and Keith (Faye) Lester; grandchildren, Joy, Jacob, Macy, Nick, Timmy, Dennis, Justin, Timmy, Joshua and Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Travis, Trevor, Melody, Elise, Jojo, Kaydin, Abigail, Mia, Hannah, Aiden, Levi, Logann, Jordan, Beckham, Juda, Addy, Jeremiah, Harrison, Izabelia, Kyla, Izayah, Delylah, Layla and Chloe and siblings, William (Louise) Birosh (her twin brother), Karen (Artie) Wright and sister-in-law, Joanne Birosh. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Therman, on September 11, 2020. Her grandson, Chaddy Underwood; parents, William and Pauline Birosh; brothers, William (and Shirley) Halle and Kenny Birosh are also deceased.

Final resting place will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Twinsburg.
