Manley C. Hamrick

Memorial services for Manley C. Hamrick, 82, of Willoughby, will be at 11 AM on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Willoughby Bible Church, 37929 Euclid Avenue, Willoughby. Pastor Todd Bolton will officiate at the service.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11 AM on Monday at the Church, prior to the service.

The use of a face mask or face covering is required by the Church.

Mr. Hamrick passed away Friday, December 24, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his family.

Born September 23, 1939 in Webster Springs, WV, he has lived in Willoughby for more than 45 years.

He was an active member of Willoughby Bible Church and a United States Air Force veteran. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking and playing his guitar.

Mr. Hamrick was employed as a custodian in the Willoughby-Eastlake School System, retiring in 2005.

Survivors are his wife of 45 years, Shelia (Reynolds) Hamrick; children, Kayla and Nathan Hamrick; granddaughter, Madeline Myers (Brenda and Neal); sister, Nancy (Ernie) Byers and brother, Clint (Sylvia)Hamrick. He also leaves his brother-in-law, Darrell (Sherron) Reynolds; sister-in-law, Tina (Robert) Ringenbach; nieces and nephews, Brandon (Lisa), Carrie (Craig), Kim (David), Christopher (Charlotte), Garrett (Ann), Angeanette (Scott), Ashlee, Jarrett, Kyle and Alex (Faith) and their families and Jennifer and Todd Bolton, who have become like family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Owen and Genevieve (Armentrout) Hamrick.

Private family burial will be in Willoughby Memorial Gardens.
