Services for Margery Emma (Ponting) Willis, 94, of Willoughby Hills, will be at 10 AM on Friday, December 8, 2017 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. The Rev. Richard D. Weller, interim pastor the First Christian Church of Willoughby, will officiate at the service.

The family will receive friends from 2-5 PM on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Willis passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017.

Born April 7, 1923 in Boston, OH, she was a longtime Lake County resident.

She was a member of First Christian Church of Willoughby.

Survivors are her husband of 76 years, Raymond A. Willis; daughter-in-law, Margaret Willis of North Ridgeville and son-in-law, Douglas Hennie of Willoughby Hills; four grandchildren and their families.

She was preceded in death by her son, Fred Willis and her daughter, Marsha Hennie.

Final resting place will be in Whitehaven Memorial Park in Mayfield Village following the service on Friday.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to The First Christian Church of Willoughby, 4249 River Street, Willoughby, OH 44094.
