Marilyn J. MacIntyre, 91, of Wickliffe, passed away peacefully August 22, 2022 surrounded by her family.
Born December 1, 1930 in Cleveland, she has lived in Wickliffe for over 70 years.
Marilyn was a proud nurse and devoted her life to caring for others. She was strong and active in her church and extended her faith through her prison ministry. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and adored her entire family.
Survivors include her children; Janet Halko, Jacki (Phil) Zaleski, John (Vicki) MacIntyre, Jean (Robert) Weinland, and son-in-law, Vince Mancisio; grandchildren, Amy Halko, Mollie (Jeff) Smeker, Elizabeth (Damian) Thorkelson, Jaime (Jason) Kallay, Sarah (Greg) King, Jessicah (Chuck) Bullock, Krissi (Trent) Spangler, Joshua MacIntyre, Alicia MacIntyre, Emily (Matthew) Ring, Peter (Olivia) Mancisio, Olivia Mancisio, Emerson Mancisio, and Pam Zaleski; 17 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her best friend, Cynthia Jamison-Suttles.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, John A. MacIntyre in 2018 and her grandson, Vincent Mancisio Jr.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Final resting place will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chester Twp.
