Marjorie L. Dunmire

Services for Marjorie L. (Herendeen) Dunmire, 91, formerly of Wickliffe and Mentor, will be at 11 AM on Monday, September 19, 2022 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. Pastor Bob Heggestad will officiate at the service.

The family will receive friends from 10 - 11 AM, prior to the service on Monday, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Dunmire passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022 at Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing in Madison Township.

Born February 2, 1931 in Painesville, she was a lifelong Lake County resident, having lived many years in Wickliffe and Mentor.

She loved sewing, cooking and arts and crafts.

Mrs. Dunmire was employed as a secretary at Parker Hannifin for many years.

Survivors are her son, Robert (Lisa) Dunmire; grandchildren, Amber Dunmire and Brandon Dunmire; great-grandsons, Josh Busek, Brandon Dunmire and Braydon Dunmire.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Deasy, in 1984. Her parents, Wallace and Daisy (Moss) Herendeen, sister, Mary Ann Buckbee and brothers, Wally Herendeen and Jack Herendeen are also deceased.

Final resting place will be in South Kirtland Cemetery.
